If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a late-cancellation fee may be applied. We’ll always be upfront about any such charge before it’s assessed, and we’re happy to work with you if a genuine emergency comes up.

We stand behind our work, and we take care on every job. That said, our liability to you is limited to the total cost of the specific services we provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - including lost income, property damage unrelated to our scope of work, or similar losses - even if we were advised that such outcomes were possible.

Estimates and Pricing

If we discover something that would change your cost, we’ll let you know before we continue. We won’t proceed with work beyond the original estimate without giving you the chance to review and approve the revised figure first.
